My name is Ben, I am student in grade 10. I am curently on a training camp in Fuerteventura with the Luxembourg triathlon team. I have been here now for 2 weeks in hot and sunny conditions. Last week I managed to do 25 hours of training. Which is about 10 hours more training then in a normal school week. These additional hours of training and sunny conditions give me a big advantage in races and help me improve my sporting levels. These 2 weeks can be the difference between going to or not going to international races, which is why I am always very grateful when school lets me go away.
